When is check-in and check-out time?

Most properties rent from Saturday to Saturday and our check-in time is 3:00 p.m. All properties are equipped with an electronic keypad or keybox containing a key to the home. You will be checking in directly at the property and will be provided detailed check-in instructions approximately one week prior to your arrival. Our check-out time is the following Saturday morning at 10:00 a.m. 

Do you rent for less than a week?
Typically, from June through August, our rentals are only available on a weekly basis. Rentals for less than a week may be available, however the booking must start or end on a Saturday. Please call 888-764-2836 for further details.

Do you offer online reservations?
Jaqua Realtors offers an online reservation service that allows you to make reservations and payments online. The payment terms are detailed on the contract specific to each property.

How will I receive my confirmation and arrival instructions from Jaqua Realtors?
All confirmations and arrival instructions will be sent via email. In order to ensure delivery, please check your spam folder as your computer may direct the confirmation to spam. All confirmation and arrival instructions will be sent within 3 business days after the completion of your reservation. If you have any questions please contact us 888-764-2836.

What are your office hours?
Jaqua Realtors Rental Division off season business hours are from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. During peak season (June - August) our office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

What types of amenities are provided in the properties?
A variety of amenities are offered in our individual units. Please refer to our online Vacation Rentals page or call 888-764-2836 for specifics.

Are the properties non-smoking?
Yes, all of our properties are strictly non-smoking.

How many people are allowed to stay in each property?
The occupancy number varies with each property and is determined by the Owner and Jaqua Realtors Rental Division. It is imperative the occupancy limit for each individual property be respected. Safety is taken into consideration when occupancy limits are set.

Are linens, towels and starter products provided?
All properties are cleaned prior to your arrival. Linens are provided for all the beds in the rental units. There are starter paper products in the home for your convenience including paper towel, toilet paper, a bar of soap per bathroom and trash bags. Bath towels are provided according to the number of guests per the occupancy of the property. It is the responsibility of the renters/guests to bring their own beach towels.
