When is check-in & check-out time?
Jaqua Realtors rent from Saturday to Saturday, and our check-in time is 3:00 p.m. All keys and information should be picked up at Jaqua Realtors at 513 Broadway, South Haven MI. Our check-out time is the following Saturday morning at 10:00 a.m. All keys are to be dropped out at Jaqua Realtors Office.
Do you rent for less than a week?
Typically, from June through August, our rentals are only available on a weekly basis. Rentals for less than a week are available on an individual basis. Please refer to our online Vacation Rentals page or call 888-764-2836 for further details.
Do you offer online reservations?
Yes, Jaqua Realtors offers an online reservation service you are able to access to make reservations and payments online. The payment terms are detailed on the contract specific to each property.
How will I receive my confirmation and arrival instructions from Jaqua Realtors?
All confirmation and arrival instructions will be sent via email. In order to ensure delivery, please check your spam folder as your computer may direct the confirmation as spam. The confirmation and arrival instructions will be sent within 3 working days after the completion of your reservation. Any questions please contact us 888-764-2836.
What are your office hours?
Jaqua Realtors Rental Division off season business hours are from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Our office hours during peak vacation times 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday from the end of June through the month of August.
What types of amenities are provided in the properties?
A variety of amenities are offered in our individual units. Please refer to our online Vacation Rentals page or call 888-764-2836 for specifics.
Are the properties non-smoking?
Yes, all of our properties are strictly non-smoking.
Do you have any pet-friendly properties?
At this time, our properties do not accept pets.
How many people are allowed to stay in each property?
The occupancy number is determined by the landlord and Jaqua Realtors Rental Division. It is imperative that the occupancy limit for each individual property is respected. Safety is taken into consideration when occupancy limits are set, and each property varies.
Are linens, towels and starter products provided?
All properties are cleaned prior to your arrival. Linens are provided for all the beds in the rental units. There are starter paper products in the home for your convenience including paper towels, toilet paper, a bar soap per bathroom, and trash bags. It is the responsibility of the renters/guests to furnish bath and beach towels.
